The InBody 370S goes beyond weight and BMI and measures the amount of lean mass the user has in each body segment. With these values, the user can see how their body composition is evolving, helping them to make decisions about dietary changes, training routines and lifestyle modifications.
The InBody 370S is a fixed device, with 3 evaluation frequencies it can provide results with greater precision and reliability. This device can obtain results relating to fat mass percentage, lean mass percentage, resting energy expenditure and visceral fat percentage. It can also obtain the assessed person’s segmental circumferences. These circumferences are the perimeter in the segment with the highest value, thus eliminating human error in assessing this parameter.
The test is easy and safe – no statistical data or empirical equations. Only impedance is used to determine body composition results, i.e. no empirical estimates such as gender or age are used to predict body composition.
With Lookin’Body Software, you can automatically save all your assessment data in a data management software that allows you to store, share and track all your assessments in a single database, with access to current and previous results sheets, so you can analyze your progress and build progress charts.
