The high-quality manufacturing and ideal ergonomics of the DUOLITH SD1 T-TOP “ultra” mark the design of the new generation of focal shockwave therapy. The unique technology of the cylindrical electromagnetic coil and the new SEPIA® handpiece make focal shockwave treatment easy to apply and highly effective.
The touch screen allows access to predefined and customizable treatment protocols, video tutorials for different applications, as well as the Visible Body® software, which displays micro/macro details of the human anatomy and allows for a whole new interaction with the patient.
The DUOLITH SD1 T-TOP “ultra” represents the new generation of focal shockwave devices. Thanks to the SEPIA® handpiece, an instrument with high-quality construction and excellent ergonomics, the therapist can perform the treatment and adjust it directly on the patient with minimal effort. All the essential elements, such as the trigger frequency and energy level, are integrated directly into the handpiece.

The system is equipped with the Sepia® focal probe, a holder and a practical 10″ touchscreen display that integrates useful functions for managing patient data and controlling shockwave parameters. The tablet with a 10″ touchscreen is connected via USB and allows access to different functionalities including the display of indications for treatments, selection of predefined protocols, among others options.
The software has a patient management system as well as recommended treatment parameters, supported by videos and images. The integrated “Visible Body” software gives the user a view of the anatomical structure of the human body.
The DUOLITH® SD1 T-TOP “ultra” has a penetration depth of up to 125 mm and has a focal zone depth range of 0 to 65 mm.
